My name is Maria Shipley. I live in Oberursel, Germany with my husband, son and daughter.
I enjoy taking trips to unusual places and I have fun writing about it. I also have unusual friends which I pick up along the way.
My passport says I am German.
This blog is about my travels and also meant as a source of information for all visitors to Oberursel and vicinity.
In my job I listen and talk all day, so I like to read and write in my free time.
