Open Skies
The Atlantic skies will soon be open for flights between European and U.S. cities.
In the past, for example, passengers flying with KLM out of Frankfurt, had to stop in the Netherlands – the airline’s headquarters – before boarding the transatlantic flight.
By next week, this will be history.
The skies will be opened and the restrictions lifted.
Some of the benefits might be shorter travel time and reduced airfares.
